Indesit Company is revolutionising the cooker hood market with the production and launch of a new collection of Hotpoint and Indesit branded hoods that are firmly focused on performance.

The collection features eight styles of cooker hood from Hotpoint and four from Indesit (27 models in all), with a choice of contemporary T-box, curved or flat glass, pyramid and chimney hoods in different widths and finishes to suit every budget and every style and size of kitchen. The new hoods combine improved performance and filtration with reduced noise levels and, on selected hoods, advanced features like stainless steel grease filters and touch controls.

This is the first time that Indesit Company has produced its own cooker hoods and follows a €26 million investment in a new, dedicated European manufacturing facility.

The new range concentrates on powerful extraction rates and better filtration that remove grease, steam and odours quickly to keep kitchens clean and in tip top condition. We are also responding to consumers’ demands by reducing noise levels, an aspect that will become even more prevalent when energy and noise labelling comes to extractor hoods in 2014.

Hotpoint Luce T-Box with glass hood (HXQB9)

The Hotpoint Luce T-Box with glass hood (HXQB9) has a smooth touch control surface, an 80% effective stainless steel grease filter and a 772 boosted extraction rate that makes a real style statement in the contemporary kitchen.

Indesit Curved Glass 90cm cooker hood (IHC 9.5F A M IX)

The 90cm Indesit curved glass hood (IHC 9.5F A M IX) has push button controls and 20W halogen lights which offer superb efficiency and energy saving performance. It’s finished in stainless steel to match existing consumers’ ovens and has an extraction rate of 434m3/hr and a noise level of 69dB. The hood also comes with its own carbon filter and is aimed at the mid-market.
